Fitsri was created to teach that complete system: online, live, and without reducing it to something it is not.
We are a certified yoga school based in Rishikesh, India, bringing the authentic teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga to students across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and beyond through live classes, workshops, and internationally accredited teacher training programmes.

About Our Tradition
Our teaching follows the principles of the Bihar School of Yoga the Satyananda tradition, one of the most respected and well-documented classical yoga systems in the world.
This tradition helped shape how Yoga Nidra is practised globally today and developed a structured and safe approach to Kundalini Yoga.
It was founded by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, a direct student of Swami Sivananda, one of the most influential yoga masters of the twentieth century.
