Yoga Poses for Fatigue Relief

 Tadasana is a foundational pose that focuses on aligning the body and promoting awareness. It helps improve posture, enhances circulation, and energizes the body. Stand tall with feet together, engage your muscles, lengthen your spine, and take deep breaths. This pose brings a sense of grounding and stability, combating mental and physical fatigue.
