Tree Pose: Stand tall, shift your weight onto one leg, place the sole of the opposite foot on the inner thigh or calf, balance, and extend your arms upward like branches.

Cat-Cow Pose: Get on all fours, arch your back like a cat by rounding your spine and dropping your head, then lift your head and tailbone to create a cow-like arch.
